COMMITMENT meets PASSION
The story of Allantika Andreas Hadjicostas starts in 1958, with Kyriakos Hadjicostas, a family man passionate with producing homemade Cypriot traditional sausages as well as pastourmas sausage using a special recipe given by a close Armenian friend.
He firmly believed that the products provided by him and the help of his seven children, in a small workshop situated at the back of their home, should be of the highest quality.
The love, passion and commitment were upheld by his youngest son Andreas Hadjicostas, producing sausages with the help of his wife Roza-Maria Sterakides and his two daughters Katerina & Josephine, in the same small workshop at the back of his childhood home.
